Cavaliers are the NBA champs!!!

We're a little late to the party but here it is. Congratulations to the Cleveland Cavaliers on becoming the NBA champions!!! For the first time, the Cleveland Cavaliers are NBA champions. On June 19th the Cavaliers beat Golden State 93 to 89 in game 7 of the NBA finals. The Cavs came back from being down 3 - 1 in the series, to win 3 straight and win the title.

Being from Cleveland I can tell you when that buzzer buzzed to signal the end of the game, and the Cavs won. My city went completely crazy, but in a good way. The energy I felt that night I have never felt anything like it before. `Complete strangers were hugging in the streets. Cars honking their horns in celebration, just insane, it was beautiful.

And from everyone over here at the magazine we would like to say thank you and congratulations to the Cleveland Cavaliers. From Tyronn Lue all the way down the water boys! You guys are the best.
