Red Walters Under New Management

For the Last month Red Walters restaurant know for its sauce, wings, shenanigans and feisty customer service. Located at 8425 Cedar Ave in Cleveland, Ohio has been closed, and getting a face lift. It has been taken over by new management. Red Walters is a staple in the Fairfax community and to leave the business in its original location with the same phone number is a huge convenience for the neighborhood. The business has been around for over 50 years. First opening on central and then later moving to 85th and Cedar.

I had a chance to talk to the new owner a Miss Carmen, who says she has kept the name of the business the same. And if you were wondering the sauce will be staying the same too, but she will be adding a new sauce to the menu. I welcomed her to the neighborhood and she informed me she is no stranger to the cold streets of cleveland, and she said " it feels good to own a business in your own neighborhood." " Thank you for coming out, to see whats going on. There isn't a-lot of unity in the black community, alot of hate" I told her we are all working to change that. She then told me that the grand opening will be Saturday, January 13th 2018 and that i'd better be there.
