T-mobile and Sprint won their lawsuit and are now officially one company.

On Tuesday, a federal judge allowed the $26 billion merger between @tmobile and @sprint to proceed, dismissing a challenge brought on by a group of state attorneys general.

T-Mobile will soon be taking over Sprint's billing once the deal is closed, but Sprint's prepaid customers and those of Sprint-owned @boostmobile and @virginmobileusa are being sold to @dishnetwork the satellite company.
